Biography

Eric has been practicing law since 2013. He began practice in Las Vegas before moving to St. George in late-2013. Eric focuses his practice in family law, bankruptcy, business law, and personal injury, and has considerable experience in all aspects of litigation, from a proven track record of negotiation and mediation, all the way through trial as necessary.

 

Prior to law school Eric graduated Magna Cum Laude in business from BYU-Idaho, before spending almost two years at a Fortune 500 company. While in law school, Eric served as Editor for the Nevada Law Journal and was the recipient of the UNLV Boyd School of Law Dean’s Honor List and academic scholarships.

 

While in Las Vegas, Eric served the community as a certified Clark County divorce mediator and by volunteering at the Clark County Legal Aid Center. He also served as Vice President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and as an academic success mentor for the Boyd School of Law.

 

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, travel, sports, the outdoors, and actively serving the community and his church.
